Recurring invoicing
Recurring invoices for regular customers
Weekly cleans, monthly livery, regular garden visits: set them up once and stop re-typing the same invoice.
- What it does
- Books each visit on a schedule, drafts the invoice for it and emails your customer notice beforehand.
- Who it helps
- Cleaners, gardeners, livery yards, dog walkers and anyone with regular customers.
- How it is set up
- On the Recurring page, choose the customer, job, price, how often, and how many days' notice to give.
- What triggers it
- A daily check books upcoming visits and creates the invoice. You can ask for payment before the visit or bill after.
- What you control
- Pause, edit or cancel any schedule, and see the next five dates. Invoices still wait for your approval before sending.
- What your customer receives
- A notice email about the upcoming visit, then the invoice with a pay link.
- Which plans include it
- Included in Solo (founding rate £10 + VAT a month) and Pro (founding rate £20 + VAT a month). You can try it on your 5 free documents first — no card needed.
Office clean, every Monday, £85. Notice sent 2 days before. Invoice drafted each week for you to approve.
