Founding pricing questions

What does “founding price for life” mean?: Your founding monthly plan price stays the same for as long as your SaidToPaid subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and return later, you'll join on the pricing available at that time.
Will every future SaidToPaid feature be included forever?: Your founding rate applies to the plan you subscribe to and the features included within that plan. In future, SaidToPaid may introduce new plans, optional add-ons or separately priced services.
Do I need a card to try SaidToPaid?: No. You can create and send your first 5 documents without entering card details.
When does founding pricing end?: Founding pricing is a launch offer for early SaidToPaid customers and may be withdrawn for new customers as SaidToPaid grows. Existing founding customers keep their agreed monthly plan price while their subscription remains active.

A few useful details

Do the prices include VAT?: No. Founding Solo is £10 + VAT (£12 a month in total) and founding Pro is £20 + VAT (£24 a month in total) at the current 20% rate.
What counts as a document?: One estimate or one invoice. Voice notes, drafts that never become a document, reminders, messages, customer records, photos and payment pages do not count. Solo includes 100 a month (resets each billing month); Pro is unlimited.
Will I be charged when I sign up?: No. Signing up is free and needs no card. You get 5 real documents you can send to customers. You only pay if you choose a plan.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?: Solo covers the essentials for one person: 100 estimates and invoices a month, payment pages, review requests and reminders. Pro adds unlimited documents, automatic payment chasing, customer follow-ups, the customer portal, online estimate acceptance, text reminders, recurring schedules and up to three users.
How do extra users work?: Pro includes three users and WhatsApp Autopilot five. Extra users are £9 each a month plus VAT, up to 20 extra. Solo is for one person.
Are there any other charges?: No setup fee and no per-invoice fee. Card payments from your customers are handled by Stripe on your own connected account, so Stripe's card fees are charged to you by Stripe, not by us.
