Reminder timing, pausing & payments
Timing: reminders are off until you turn them on. You choose the days after the due date.
Pause: pause reminders on any invoice, for example while you sort out a query.
Paid: card payments are detected automatically. Bank transfers are marked paid when you match or record them.
Google reviews
Make asking for Google reviews part of the job.
SaidToPaid asks paying customers for honest feedback, so you don't have to remember.

- In Settings, turn review requests on and paste your Google review link (it must start with https).
- What triggers it
- The invoice being paid in full.
- When it's sent
- A set number of days after payment. Two days unless you change it.
- How often
- Once per invoice. The same customer is never asked twice for one job.
- Your control
- Turn it on or off, set the delay and write your own short message. Email is standard; text is in beta.
- Plans
- Included in Solo and Pro. WhatsApp review requests are coming soon.
SaidToPaid sends the request. It can't make anyone leave a review, and it doesn't change your search ranking.
