Payment reminders
Automatic payment reminders that stop when you're paid
Chasing money is awkward and easy to put off. SaidToPaid sends polite reminders for you, on the days you choose, so you don't have to write them.
- What it does
- Sends a reminder email about an unpaid invoice, with a link to pay, on a set schedule after the due date.
- Who it helps
- Sole traders and small teams who send invoices and lose time chasing late payers.
- How it is set up
- Reminders are off until you turn them on in Settings. The standard schedule is 3, 7 and 14 days after the due date; you can change the days.
- What triggers it
- An approved, sent invoice that is still unpaid on a reminder day.
- What you control
- Turn reminders on or off, change the days, and pause reminders on any single invoice.
- What your customer receives
- A short, polite email under your business name with the amount, due date and a pay link. Text reminders are in beta.
- When reminders stop
- Card payments are spotted automatically. Bank transfers count as paid once you match your bank statement or mark the invoice paid. Reminders then stop.
- Which plans include it
- Automatic payment chasing is part of Pro (founding rate £20 + VAT a month, standard £39). You can try it on your 5 free documents first — no card needed.
