Google review requests
Ask for Google reviews as part of every job
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asks. SaidToPaid asks for you, consistently, once the job is paid.
- What it does
- Sends your customer a short message asking for honest feedback, with a link to your Google review page.
- Who it helps
- Local businesses that win work from Google searches and word of mouth.
- How it is set up
- Add your Google review link in Settings and turn review requests on.
- What triggers it
- The invoice being paid in full. The request is sent two days later unless you change the delay.
- What you control
- On or off, the delay and the message. Each invoice gets one request, so the same customer isn't asked twice for one job.
- What your customer receives
- An email under your business name. Text requests are in beta; WhatsApp requests are coming soon.
- Which plans include it
- Included in Solo (founding rate £10 + VAT a month) and Pro (founding rate £20 + VAT a month). You can try it on your 5 free documents first — no card needed.
Thanks for choosing Green Lawns. If you have a minute, we'd really value your honest feedback on Google — it helps other local people find us.
