Service and renewal reminders
Service reminders that bring customers back
Customers forget when their boiler service or annual check is due. SaidToPaid shows you who's coming up so you can invite them to book.
- What it does
- Keeps each customer's next service date and lists who is due in the next 30 days.
- Who it helps
- Heating engineers, mechanics, electricians and anyone doing annual or regular checks.
- How it is set up
- Record the next service date on the customer's property or asset, and add your booking link.
- What triggers it
- The service date coming within 30 days. You then click to send the customer a booking link — it isn't sent automatically.
- What you control
- Who gets a reminder and when. Bookings can confirm straight away or wait for your approval.
- What your customer receives
- An email inviting them to pick a time for their service.
- Service reminder or recurring visit?
- A service reminder invites the customer to book. A recurring visit is booked automatically on a schedule.
- Which plans include it
- Included in Solo (founding rate £10 + VAT a month) and Pro (founding rate £20 + VAT a month). You can try it on your 5 free documents first — no card needed.
A boiler was serviced on 10 October. The next service is recorded for 10 October next year. From 10 September it appears in your 'due soon' list, and one click sends the customer a booking link.
