The challenge

Rose Court Livery uses SaidToPaid to capture the work carried out and turn those details into invoice drafts ready to check. This makes it easier to include every item before an invoice is sent.

Recurring monthly invoices remove the need to set up the same charges again each month. Automatic payment reminders handle the follow-up and stop when an invoice is marked as paid.

The result

In one month, Rose Court Livery saved 7.3 hours of additional admin — around £127 — and reduced the risk of missing chargeable work. Automatic chasing has helped money reach the account much sooner. Overall, the invoicing and follow-up process is significantly easier, particularly for recurring monthly invoices where no repeated setup is needed.
